Job Description

As a Business Development Senior Associate, you will be fully focused on securing B2B sales and play a key role in growing the PRI Academy’s reach and impact by promoting our suite of online, hybrid and custom training solutions to our members and potential external clients. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on driving revenue, building strategic relationships and supporting the development of future capacity.You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, convert leads and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

 

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging outbound business prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into new business opportunities.
  • Supporting business development meetings and attending industry events.
  • Providing market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on lead conversion and market trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.

Person Specification

  • Preferably some experience in business development, ideally within the education or training sector.
  • Passionate and/or understanding of responsible investment/sustainable investment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment. An ability to find consensus among differing perspectives and identifying mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • A self-starter with a resilient, collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
