EU: PRI has responded to the European Commission’s public consultation on the EU Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II)

The PRI welcomes the opportunity to provide input to the European Commission’s planned revision of the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II).  

This response sets our recommendations on removing remaining barriers to the exercise of shareholder rights (including voting and submitting shareholder resolutions) and other stewardship practices in the EU.
