The PRI welcomes the opportunity to provide input to the COP30 Presidency-led Roadmap for Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels in a Just, Orderly and Equitable Manner.

This response sets our insight and recommendations on removing policy barriers to energy transition investments, incorporating the cost of externalities in trade-off decisions and exploring levers and accelerators of energy transition investment
